Richard is an accomplished cost consultant whose experience covers a wide variety of projects including commercial offices, residential, hotels, student accommodation, and local authority housing. He’s contributed to multiple complex developments, including historic and listed buildings, often on congested City Centre sites. He’s also acted in a dual cost consultant and project managment role on projects where a combined appointment provided best value for the Client.

Richard has experience in various forms of construction procurement including traditional lump sum contracts, single and two stage design and build, and construction management. His methodical manner and clear advice is valued by everyone he works with.
