Sheldon House

Sitting next to the Regents Canal, Sheldon House is a 7 storey residential building with commercial units to the ground floor. Our expert remediation team supported the Client in successfully securing Government funding for the investigation and repair of fire protection detailing following changes to fire safety standards.

The project included the removal and replacement of potentially hazardous timber decking to balconies, and the removal and replacement of zinc cladding and associated support structure at sixth floor. The works were undertaken whilst the apartments remained fully occupied, with careful phasing and tenant liaison being key to the success of the project.
