Theatro Tower

Theatro Tower in Kentish Town, London is a new-build concrete residential building with mixed brickwork, render, composite glass and aluminium cladding to the façades. There is a basement parking area and commercial units on the ground floor. Originally built in 2010, an 8th floor was added in 2016 to create the current 10 level building.

Jackson Coles was engaged by the Client to renew the current status of the project (a team has been appointed previously to take the project forward), agree with the client and the appointed CSSP an appropriate procurement route for the project given the scope of work required. Initially the Client believed that design work had been completed by the original project to RIBA Stage 4 however it became apparent that more work was required to properly complete the design work and that a full planning application would be required to comply with Gateway 2.
