Wilton Plaza

Wilton Plaza was developed by LandSec in 2008 to provide 111 private and social housing apartments and 157 student bedrooms in North London.

The current remediation project is limited to an area of private apartments that requires the remediation of 10,914 ft² of STO render and insulation together with replacement of any combustible balcony materials.

Works are being undertaken in a private courtyard which is only accessible to pedestrians. This requires careful logistical planning to allow materials and site access to be obtained through a basement car park. The investigation, design and tender of the works has been completed and we and the team are awaiting an instruction to proceed.
