FORA Borough

FORA Borough sits in the heart of one of London’s most iconic market districts and like all FORA’s co-working ‘residences’ it takes its cue from the surrounding, vibrant area, whilst meeting the design principles of the brand. Our Client acquired a newly built commercial shell building from the developer and we worked with the Client and design team to provide high quality co-working office space over 7 floors.

In addition to the flexible workspace an integrated resident’s lounge, external terraces, cafe and a large mezzanine meeting room at 5th floor together with an events space. Additionally a 3,000 ft² restaurant was provided at ground floor level for the Scandinavian operator Borealis.

The project was awarded a BCO Regional Innovation Award London.
