FORA Fitzrovia

FORA Fitzrovia is accommodated within Eastgate House in the heart of London’s West End. The building was completely refurbished to provide 15,000 ft² of co-working and meeting space over six storeys. The stylish fit out was carried out to FORA’s high specification with their signature design details running throughout the building.

The works completely restored, refurbished and rebranded the building. Extensive remodelling of the internal space was carried out with the installation of a new lift and stair wells, improving accessibility and lettable area. The ground floor is home to a contemporary cafe and reception area which lead down to high quality meeting spaces in the basement. Occupiers are able to enjoy co-working and private office spaces from ground to fifth floors with each floor designed to create an individual look and feel with facilities including breakout spaces and external terrace space.
