We recently completed the fit out and furnishing of approximately 4,700 ft² of office space to provide flexible post-pandemic London HQ for a financial services occupier.
The Client’s aim was to re-engender a sense of belonging and create an open and sustainable workspace they could enjoy with their team and customers. The brief was very much focused on staff wellbeing, with occupancy, plan efficiency, circulation, noise and ceiling height ratios all far exceeding BCO guidelines.
The nature inspired design included a round timber formed board room, a laptop bar, meeting pods and break out space, and an integral feature is the large green wall which frames the length of the meeting rooms.
The project was completed on a very tight time frame, being onsite for just 8 weeks, and was delivered for under the contract sum.
