Walcot Square Mews, our small housing project for repeat client Walcot Foundation, has been shortlisted in the Development of the Year category (up to 20 homes) in this year’s British Homes Awards. The scheme, set within the Kennington Conservation area, transformed a former residents’ garaging facility into a terrace of 5 new two storey family homes together with a detached garden house.
The winners will be announced at the award ceremony on Thursday 5 October 2023.
