Team JC were thrilled to be on hand at this year’s NLA Awards where Broadwater Farm Estate won in the Masterplan & Areas Strategies Category.
We really enjoyed providing cost consultancy services on this complex masterplan, which put residents’ aspirations for the type of place Broadwater Farm could become at the very heart of the long-term Urban Design Framework.
It was a double thrill to be there as our very own Catherine Bailie was asked to present the awards in the ‘Workplace’ category, following her sterling work as part of the judging team. Congratulations to winners The Office Group, for the Black & White Building and Seaforth Land, for 8 Bleeding Heart Yard.
