White Collar Factory wins the BCO 2023 ‘Test of Time’ Award

White Collar Factory, for our long-term client Derwent London, consists of six diverse structures in Old Street – ranging from offices to eateries and homes – all centred around a landmark new 16-storey building. The campus refreshed the Old Street landscape, and the main building, with its expansive spaces, adaptable layouts, and sturdy build, continues to embody a fresh office design.

White Collar Factory first won a BCO Award in 2018, along with numerous other industry accolades. In January 2023, previous regional and national BCO Award winners were invited to apply for the highly prestigious ‘Test of Time’ award, which recognises buildings which continue to live up to their original aspirations and intentions.

The judges concluded that “White Collar Factory remains a beacon of innovation and an exemplar standard for the future workplace today.”
