Working alongside the other Partners, Lisa is responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of our operational activities. Her remit encompasses HR, finance, business development, workload planning and practice management.

Lisa is a chartered HR professional and spent many years working in entrepreneurial organisations supporting their rapid growth and building excellent teams. She now applies her knowledge and commercial acumen across Jackson Coles to help develop, align and deliver our strategic plans.
