Sinead joins us after recently graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, and following a career to date providing admin and technical support in the construction and property sector.

She now assists the team by undertaking a mix of pre and post contract project work. She’s also responsible for cost research, benchmarking key metrics and compiling cost data via the collection, review and analysis of cost indices on various projects undertaken by the Practice. Sinead is working towards chartered RICS membership with our support.
