Janice joined Jackson Coles in 1989 and since that time has advised on a diverse range of new build, refurbishment and fit out schemes across the UK, including many high profile arts and cultural projects.  She has been instrumental in developing the firm’s monitoring activities with Arts Council England, and is one of their preferred construction advisors and capital assessors.

Through this work, Janice has developed her strong reputation as an expert in cultural projects, and in trouble shooting and project recovery.
