South Molton Street & Browns

Project Overview

The South Molton Street & Browns project has been carved out of Grosvenor’s larger South Molton Triangle development, which will transform this part of Mayfair into a vibrant retail and eating destination with revitalised public realm spaces.

A key part of this scheme is to enhance the retail offer on South Molton Lane at ground and basement level, with the introduction of smaller ‘micro-retail’ units to help re-activate this important pedestrian route.

Alongside this, existing office space on the upper levels of the site will be re-modelled to offer a unique mix of different sized residential units in order to ensure a variety of end-users. 33 new units will be constructed in total, 11 of which are affordable. The development will also see the refurbishment and restoration of 14 Georgian townhouses, some of which are listed.

Completion is anticipated in Spring 2026.
