Project Overview

A tired 1980s office building located on Market Road in North London was remodelled and refurbished to create a high quality CAT A lettable commercial space.

The building was stripped back to its concrete frame and core areas reconfigured to make way for a new entrance and reception area. The existing front façade was altered and adapted to improve its street presence, with the rear façade replaced in their entirety. The introduction of a new high performance curtain walling system gave better natural daylight to the floors and retained elevations have been overhauled with a bespoke rain-screen cladding design.

The renewal and upgrade of the building’s services systems has dramatically improved energy efficiency and given a marked improvement in the building’s carbon credentials and energy performance. Additionally we managed the CAT B fit out of the building for the new tenant.
