The Challenge
The impacts of COVID and the availability of labour were the key challenges for this project. Our support to the Client therefore extended to re-setting and re-negotiating a second contract in order for the works to be completed. We also supported them with VAT matters.
The Outcome
Our proactive advice in difficult circumstances and close collaboration with the Contractor pushed the works uphill to completion. The completed project sees the Georgian features restored to their original splendour and working in perfect harmony with the contemporary new build areas. High quality finishes and exceptional levels of craftsmanship throughout have created a beautiful family home.
