City Cloisters

This ongoing project sees the refurbishment of the historic City Cloisters commercial premises on Old Street, formerly the home to St Lukes Parochial school, which was founded in 1698. Set around a tranquil inner courtyard, the design of the new high-spec Grade A office space seamlessly blends the heritage of the location with the requirements of Tech City tenants.

Our work to date has involved the remodeling and CAT B fit out of four “plug and play” floors, the refurbishment of the reception area and the upgrade of communal areas including the large green wall alongside hard and soft landscaping improvements to the courtyard areas. We are currently in discussion with the client as they consider work to further floors.
