Following its acquisition by Soho House we worked on the refit and reinvention of the world famous Cecconi’s in Mayfair.
The existing restaurant space was completely stripped out and replaced with an interior featuring a new central dining counter bar and full height opening windows. The design and layout of the seating areas referenced back to a typical Venetian restaurant style as the design inspiration. Vintage Murano sconce wall lights and mirrors and a striking black and white diagonal marble floor, made in Pietra Santa, further remind customers of Cecconi’s Venetian roots.
Programme was of the essence as the Client wanted to minimise the amount of time the restaurant was closed. Our team worked hard to ensure everything was in place to enable a speedy fit out, and the restaurant underwent a full refurbishment in just 2 months’.
